This 12-week transformational program will impact every aspect of the individual through the seven areas of E.A.G.L.E.S coaching (Earnestness. Accountability. Grit. Leadership. Empowerment. Soar.)
Through interactive group cohorts plus one on one dedicated support each individual will be equipped with the tools to SOAR!
• Weekly 60–90 min group coaching calls
• Four (4) peer “buddy sessions” (scheduled during Phases 1–4)
• Six (6) private 1:1 coaching session (30 mins each)
